"The hotel manager and employees are not doing their jobs. No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia. "Lovely big room although it was just over the entrance door and by the road. Wouldn’t be good in high season. Love the bus to and fromage slopes. Wish last bus could be 5pm. Breakfast delicious. "

The hotel staff was exceptional; friendly, professional, going above and beyond to see that we had a pleasant, relaxing stay. When a larger room opened, Inma offered it to us for the remainder of our stay. Melania and the entire dining staff made sure we tasted the traditional liqueurs and dishes of the Valley.
