"There was a minor problem with my reservation that the staff was able to solve instantly.I am not a German speaker and yet their english was excellent.I have had a great stay here and would recommend this to hotel to anyone traveling to this location"

"Although the hotel was located next to the train station, the sound proofing was effective. Check-in was a bit odd since reception desk is not on the level of the main entrance (from street). In-room AC didn't seem functional, so we ended up with the window open - listening to the train station sounds anyway."
