"Upon our arrival the lady on the reception had an attitude. We were charged for Wifi, despite Wifi being included in the reservation. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The Hotel does not have Air condition, and again it was included in the room's description. Thankfully there was a very friendly man working on the reception who actually cared. "Some reviews said it's outdated. For me (bussines traveling last 30 years) it felt like return to old good times. I really love it. Much better than chain hotels like Novotel or Ibis. Excellent personal, clean comfy room.Perfect! "

"Review the details before arrival, and consider calling ahead. The front desk may not be manned after hours and you have to call to get checked in - all was good once I figured out how to call them from a US cell phone. If you're driving and arriving late, the parking garage may have limited access - again, call ahead to verify things. Everyone was super helpful, and everything worked out great. "it is located along the rhine river and is distance away from the city area. good is that you enjoy the quietness of the stay. all is good except the transport of bus service is limited and walking distance to the hotel is quite a distance. "
