"It wasn't a walkable property, and the tram didn't run the days we were there. I would have liked to have done and seen more, but when one is of a certain older age, walking can be difficult."

"5.th time on this hotel. Chipsene a Big room on 62 sqm for the comfort. Unfortunately the room was very cold 16 degrees and we had to use our winter coats inside all day - everything in the room was cold. On the second day we reach 18 degrees and 20 at the 3. day. We missed a couch or two good chairs with a table. The service is very good - but we got an unpleasant stay because of the cold - and a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom we tried to cover with wet towels. We contacted the...

"We got spectacular winter weather, so the view and balcony were quite wonderful. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute. I had the small but well-appointed spa/sauna area all to myself, fun and relaxing. Oddly, the room amenities were spare: one liquid soap/shampoo combo product was it, had to rent(!) a spa robe. "You have a nice view from the swimming pool, lots of trees and the hills around. The cosy room in the oldest part of the hotel, where we had a sumptuous breakfast. Nice gesture to procure everbody of our family with a water bottle at departure."
