"Like many, we stayed here for a night in September prior to riding the Bernina Express. Our room number 205 overlooked the courtyard and was spacious with a sitting area. The only awkward part is they chose to install a 3 panel folding glass door system over the bathtub edge to contain shower water. It’s clumsy compared to a curtain or a shorter fixed pane. The bathroom could use a shelf under the mirror for guests stuff. The room is very nice and the staff friendly. There is a small elevator...

"We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. "I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees.
