Requested some black tea bags as NONE had been left. Housekeeper came to. My door with 1 tea bag🙄🙄. 09/02/25 7.30 pm... Reception, housekeepers all very friendly. "

"The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...
