"All good, what I would expect from a Bonvoy affiliated hotel, no surprises"

"The hotel has its plusses and minuses. The location is great. Having an underground parking is a big plus. The buffet is one of the best we have seen. At the same time the rooms are rather small, with tiny closets, limited light and the windows from 3 adjacent rooms facing the same open well in the middle create some claustrophobic atmosphere. "

"Good location with a great view from the room overlooking the square. Good apartment with everything we needed except an iron. Easy walk to sights and not noisy even though we were in the busy city centre. Two issues - I hate logging in self scanning passports taking a selfie etc and typing in dates of issues etc etc etc in the lobby. Fortunately, a member of staff was on hand to help. Second - the fire alarm went off at 1am. Some of us waited outside in the street for 30 mins, I'm sure...

"We arrived late around 22:35, upon check in, the lady i forgot her name, she upgraded my family to a penthouse, where there's a huge balcony with mountain view, plus private jacuzzi, hotel is super clean and neat, outstanding service, defintely a 4 star hotel, I would stay here again"
