For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"They had both hot breakfast(scrambled eggs,sausage and bacon) and various cold items prepared early in the morning. Room was fitted with a mini bar refrigerator and mini canisters of nuts for very reasonable prices. Coffee was delicious! Water pressure was excellent too."
