"The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Nestled in the mountains it had a real country feeling. Only problem we had was the temperature in the room was to warm and the hotel could not fix the problem."

"It is small enough to be cozy but large enough to have a good level of service. It was convenient to my destination and close to the main highway. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the key was at the front desk waiting for me. The room was very clean and everything was in good condition. It was a comfortable bed. "I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Personal sehr um den Gast bemüht, alles wird auf Wunsch organisiert. Minuspunkte: Einige Lampen im Zimmer scheinen schon länger nicht mehr zu funktionieren (Kastenbeleuchtung), TV Empfang zeitweise stark gestört.
