"The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. "The room was spacious and comfortable, but certainly not worth the price nor rating of a 4.5 star hotel. Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. The older staff was also not at all friendly and acted a bit annoyed with every question or request. There were also loud noises with the creaking of the wood steps and hallways."
