"What a delightful surprise. The hotel is discreetly hidden from the city life, you wouldn’t know it’s there but for the Hotel Leonor sign outside. Walk in through the front door and it feels like an oasis. It has a beautiful contemporary lobby, inviting bat area and a beautiful inviting courtyard. I could spend an afternoon there sipping on my favorite drink, which I did! The room was clean, modern and high ceilings. Will definitely return!"

"Very very happy with my stay at the Best Western Plus Monopole! The staff were very helpful and multi-lingual, water was always available in the lobby, umbrellas were available to guests, as well as free bag storage. The AC in the room was quiet and very effective, blinds were completely blackout, and the bed comprised of two twin mattresses combined into one with two separate comforters - which we actually liked as a couple, no competing for sheets! "The location was easy to reach by streetcar, and a 3 - 5 min walk. Very good area for shopping and restaurants, and close to the Munster. Our room was clean and modern mixed with some European charm. Same comment for the bathroom. The desk clerk was very helpful answering our questions."

Walkable to old town, about 15-20 minutes, 30-minutes to main train station. Enjoyed having a Nespresso machine in the room, but only provided free coffee pods and milk for one night. Purchasable otherwise with front-desk. Thankfully we bought pods, milk and sweetener at nearby Leclerc grocer. Loved also walking the nearby canal area every evening;...
