"Towels doesn't looks fresh and clean"

"Historical place with some limitations. The layout of room and bathroom bit strange: room enormous and bathroom very tiny. Too few sockets, no place for cosmetics in the bathroom while just a shelf would make a change. For more then a week we wait for refund of overcharged payment. Breakfast awfull- bad organisation, cold food."

"Moments Boutique hotel is a hidden gem. It is in the heart of Bautzen. It is in walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries and parks. The staff is very polite and go out of their way to accommodate guests. The roomsvare uniI will que and beautifully decorated. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Bautzen ."

"We travel a lot (across the whole World), we like to visit different places in EU, love gastronomic and wine tasting tours. Therefore, we have already stayed in many hotels across the EU. We were surprised that towels in the room are not white, but purple-blue, isn’t it mandatory to have them white? In our room there were only 2 towels, chambermaids maybe forgot, we asked for 2 towels more, so they brought them us. Room was spacious, but no safe, insufficient hygienic items, not enough soap in...

"Excellent location just at the corner of the main square. Everything in the hotel nice and functional, with some interesting details (corridor decorations on the first floor etc.). Excellent breakfast - EUR 5 extra but absolutely worth it, with big selection of hot and cold items, home-made jams including cucumber and lavender. The only issue was the lack of AC and also windows anti-moskito netting - we stayed there during a hot summer days and open windows meant flies in the room. "
