"The hotel is very conveniently located within easy walking distance of the station. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the portions very large. The room was comfortable and the furnishing simple. The bed was quite soft for our taste. "

"For an Inn, the George Inn has blown my mind away from having that welcoming customer services to the comfortable, peaceful, luxurious stay overnight. "Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. Room was clean, well-appointed and worked well to get the kids to sleep allowing adults to relax upstairs. Room service menu and quality of food were excellent. Spa and internal and external pool were great, but strict kids hours in the internal pool meant we actually had to swim/play in sub zero temperatures - which was not ideal and quite rude. "From check in to check out and breakfast, was greated with a smile and friendly attitude. Staff where great, beds comfy and breakfast shakshuka and amoothie where delicious!! Amanda and Natalie made breakfast emjoyable and a smile in the morning. 10/10 would recomend this pieceful pub stay in the countryside."
