"Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. The buffet meals had a fantastic selection and plenty of it! Tea and coffee was freely available at breakfast as well as juices and water. "I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would gladly visit again!"

"Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool. "

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...
