"Staff were helpful and not overly chatty. Checked in at 5pm only to be told room was not ready for at least another hour. When check-in time is supposed to be 2pm/3pm. Good paid parking. Hotel appeared to operate on skeletal staff. Room was very spacious and clean however, there was a big gap between floor and door which allowed cold air and noise to travel into room. Amenities were very good especially decent sized kettle for tea. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings were very good both...

"Went into Dunedin to see a live performance and decided to stay over the night. A great olace to stay and so convenient to everything. "

"Great location for what we wanted to do at the North End of Dunedin. An older motel which could do with some maintenance inside and out. Parking on site could be a challenge if all units were full. BUT unit 12 which we had was very spacious. VERY clean with plenty of towels,even bathrobes. A sharp knife and tea towel needed for the kitchen. Check in easy and the lady at reception very helpful. WILL stay again. Thanks. "
