"the hotel is extremely noisy both inside and exterior. It mainly seems to focus as a tourist hotel for folks from South Korea. The bed is extremely hard. The pillows are also extremely hard. I had a Junior suite. Not a suite at all. Actually, it was a small room. The two chairs for sipping and relaxing were completely shot . In other words should have been replaced a long time ago. "Absolutely not worth the price tag. Disgusting experience to be honest. I must say staff has nothing to do with it. It’s the hotel itself. We booked a classic lake view room which costed extra. Turns out it’s not in the main building like we would expect (this was not disclosed at a time of the booking). Room is dated. Small. Far from being the cleanest. Soundproofing- Zero!!! I mean zero. I hear people taking in the next room as I write this. Doors are slamming. It’s crazy. Impossible to sleep....

"The hotel is great for a relaxed trip out in the lakes. For Dalat first-timers like us, it was probably not the best choice because we had to take taxi/GrabCar all the time to join day tours that picked up guests from the city center only (hotel shuttle schedule was very sparse during our stay in late Oct). The extra car ride took time, costed money and caused challenges when many drivers were reluctant to cover this location or having a hard time navigating the winding roads in the dark."
