"My 5th time (nights) in this hotel from different trips. First night found a bottle of water. Extended a night n no water the next day. Went away n came back fir one more night n no water as well. A tiny weeny disappointed. Still a great place to stay. Small details count. Otherwise a great place to stay."

The thing thatvreallyblets this hotel doen is the food, we were half biard and the buffet dinner was bland and distinctively average, not befotting of four stars at all. There were also not enough waiting staff so took ages ti get their attention to order drinks so these would often arrive post eating of the main course. The plates would pile up on the table too. We ended up eating at local restaurants 3...
