"Nice and quiet hotel close to city center and with many options of transportation. The room was spacious, comforfable, well designed and had a great view (5th floor room). One little thorn is the Breakfast which isn't very diversified, food was just OK. "

There are lots of places to find food in the area including a good bakery 2 minutes walk away in the metro station."

Expedia tried to call, again no answer. Sent chat messages via Expedia app to hotel, no response. Landed in Sofia, again called hotel, no answer. Went to Penthouse Suites at 2 pm check in time, no one there. Stood with our luggage in the street. We had to book and pay for new accommodations. We finally did hear...

"Nice location but 5th floor with no lift was hard with luggage. Room check in was late and no response at phone service. Shower had weak pressure, and 1 small toilet for the whole appartment. Bedroom and living room were fine."
