"Centrally located, within a few minutes from the historical Old Town and the buzzing high street with restaurants and bars. Nice and welcoming staff, ready and willing to assist. As expected, the hotel at this time of the year was busier than normal and that must have had an impact on the room service as that was inconsistent. Apart from that, happy with the overall service and was pleased to see that they had "Rituals" shampoo and shower gel in the room, that was definitely a plus. "

"Place is nice, We've booked a suite on the 4th floor, Nice and peaceful, but I must say you need to have a shower curtains for the bathtub, It was absolute disaster in the bathroom without this, also a little bin in the room can be quite handy, we only had one in the bathroom.
