"I have stayed here several times before and the staff are lovely however on this visit there just didn't seem to be enough of them. We waited for food orders to be taken, drinks to arrive and extras such as gravy to come to the table. This is not the staffs fault as they are great just understaffed."

"The service / staff / housekeeping were good and the breakfast was lovely Our only compliment would be is that we were given replacement milk pots as we used the four pots we had, had a cup of tea on arrival and one a coffee when we got up the next day, and then we didn't have any the next day - if when the beds were made, housekeeping could top them up that would have been appreciated. "

"We upgraded to deluxe room as these are much nicer than the basic ones from previous visits - room was lovely bed not comfortable and the service was terrible - 20 mins to stand at bar to get drinks - tables were not cleared and dinner came out with 5 mins gap between the other people coming out - food was nice and reasonable priced but drink overpriced.
