"I enjoyed my stay at the Charme Hotel Hancelot. Check-in was easy and the service was terrific. When they told me my room was on the top floor and there was no elevator, they offered to help carry my suitcase to my room. My room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be for a new mattress as the one in my room was a bit too soft. Otherwise a wonderful stay and I would happily choose this hotel again!"

"The room was better than expected! Very elegant, has a jacuzzi as well and everything that you need into a room. Also very warm since it has a well working sir conditioning. Also they provide a very nice breakfast both salty and sweet and you can also have lunch a dinner if you'd like to. I just give 4 star for the staff since when I did the check-in, the guy was rushing and just asked me my name, trusted my word (well I'm glad that he trusted me but I'm just saying this for the hotel's safety...
