"The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. My husband has a dietary condition and the chef and staff went above and beyond to make him food that he could enjoy even though it wasn’t on the menu. The hotel staff went out of their way to be pleasant and make this an extremely enjoyable stay. Barry in the restaurant went above and beyond. He is an exceptional member of staff. "

Needed cleaned.No hand soap to wash hands in bathroom.Had a room with 2 double beds but only 1 hot chocolate.Excellent breakfast but had to make on toast as informed chef was busy ! and missing promised portion of beans in full English.Also repair work to roof just outside our room which started before 9am. Bit noisy. "

The stairwell ran diagonally above the bed so every time someone walked up the stairs it boomed through just above your head. Hidden charges for using the gym. Main reception in a different building.
