"Lovely hotel walkable in minutes to main square . Very comfortable room and spacious . I had a room that looked over the dining area and they were hosting a party so it was very noisy most of the day . Quiet hours are 10pm- 6 am but there was so much housekeeping noise and other customers talking loudly in the hallways from 7 am so hard to relax . Next time I will try to request a quieter room and not one that overlooks the dining area .my second stay here and would return again . "

"The staff was lovely. The hotel was close to the tram station, giving easy access to Poznan city centre. The hotel was fine, however our bedroom had a strong smell to dog and a big stain in the carpet… "

"Excellent location 2 minute walk from Christmas markets in Wolności Square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was very clean and modern and had all necessary amenities for a short trip. We did have trouble working the heating but this was most likely user error and would most likely have been an easy fix had we asked. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. "

"Very disappointing, nothing like pictures. Difficult check in and out process, off property to pick up keys. Took 30 min there and back in traffic. ZERO hospitality, rude careless staff personal. TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. Small old uncomfortable mattress and pillows, long cracks in all walls (see pics)"continental breakfast" is a joke with 1 egg 2p bread 2 cheap sausage and a couple...

"The forks were literally dirty, there were no basic things in the apartment, if I knew I would book a hotel! Cleaning level below acceptable, not much recommended "

"Filthy. Dirt and debris all over the floor including what looked like mouse poop. Fridge was full of old food debris and condensation. Toilet was filthy. Bathroom sink had no soap and was clogged. Couch has wet areas on it. Floor had sticky spots. Really nice apartment that, if properly cleaned, would be wonderful. Very close to old town with lots of dining options. Building itself is clean and quiet. "
