"Il personale è alla teception e ristorante meraviglioso, tutti si sono presi cura di noi, gentilissimi davvero e competenti. Purtroppo per andare sul lungo mare bisogna fare tanti scalini, altrimenti non c'è nulla intorno all'hotel. Anche il parcheggio è su una discesa ripida. La stanza molto comoda, asciugamani puliti ogni giorno ma il pavimento non è mai stato pulito in 4 giorni. "

The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. "Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean"
