"Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety....

"An absolutely beautiful hotel close to the centre of town. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The room was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Parking was very inexpensive and very convenient. A great place overall!"

"The staff were absolutely wonderful! The bathroom was not nice at all... dirty and in a state of disrepair (towel rack in tub/shower area is hanging out of the wall). The location is in an industrial area so there is little around but it is easy to get around from there by car or train"

"We stayed in a villa a little bit down the hill. It was quaint and comfortable. We enjoyed the olive trees and the overall placement of the Villa de Medici. I would recommend this as a getaway for you alone or to take a group of friends or family. The food is excellent. The staff is wonderful and I would stay here again on my next trip to Italy. "
