"Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good. The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking. Access to Elche by foot was excellent."

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, easy check-in process (although the online check-in option before you arrive didn't work for me). "The rooms needs an update. For a 4 star hotel the television reception is below standard. The breakfast isn't the standard of a 4 star hotel. the coffee was not nice."
