"It is our first night at New Zealand after arriving Christchurch. Friendly and professional staff at reception, checkin was smooth. Room was comfortable, shower was adequate. Breakfast was very nice with much of English breakfast and other selections in the buffet. Definitely enjoyed our stay. "

" Loved the stay. Unfortunately lost a pair of shoes while there. I have called about them as I know they have gone amiss. We put our bags in the room while we left & before we checked in later in the evening Felt they were safe there but opening my bag next morning in our room my shoes werent there.. Never to be found. "Really nice hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Very nice room. Hotel has a restaurant but I was craving Thai food so walked about a block to a Thai Restaurant and enjoyed my vegetable curry! Also got caught up on my laundry here for NZ$8 total. Laundry room (the one on 3rd floor) was very clean. Another set of machines on first floor, I understand."

"Changed our plans at the last minute and went to Christchurch for one night and we honestly wish we stayed longer. Hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and nightlife. We walked and rented scooters. Room had everything you need. Clean and spacious rooms and a great view. Bed was comfy and staff was extremely friendly and helpful."
