We thought we were booking a standard UK style static mobile home only to end up with "half a caravan." Upon complaining to members of staff we were told that it was what they call a "hotel room." "Not worth staying here. Arrived with little heat in the room and no hot water; had to wait two hours before someone arrived and attitude of the owner indicated that we should not be bothering them with these problems. On the positive side, the breakfast was good as was the service of the young woman attending to same."
