"Hotel staff very friendly especially the receptionists. Nice clean hotel. A few things could make it better > 1. A cool swimming pool for those super hot days. 2. Breakfast in bed Service. 3. Sky Sports TV channels. 4. The open outside space next to the bar, I would use that space and put either an outdoor infinity swimming pool there or seating for a restaurant. "A very stylish place, great restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved the vibe, perhaps not for everyones taste as it is rather stark and intimidating. I really appreciated the uniqueness personally and it's nice that there was a gym/pool etc. Minor downside, no iron or ability to iron which is a frustration for a business traveller staying there only one night. I'd likely stay again if the occasion arises. "
