"Reception team wasn’t helpful. Poor breakfast choices. Pool was nice and clean. Air conditioner has very strong perfume in the rooms. No security and main entrance of the hotel is always open and anyone can come in park their car and go to the pool or anywhere else. Not safe "

"I found new management this year No supervision in any dept.dining room clean our own table while employees were on cellular and mgr standing in 5 square feet from kitchen door,Pool allowed tens of baby with diapers while kids pool was used only by a few ,when i reported to person in charge of the entertainment he told me i was wrong (Mr NEVER say to customer that he was wrong you have nothing to gain and told me PREZZO/PRODOTTO which means what we pay is what we get great answer,i asked to...

The air conditioning in the room was barely functional and it got very hot and humid at night. The location is like a demilitarized zone and is not even close to the location as shown on the site.
