"Check in was quite quick and the lady was polite and welcoming. The massage was also good as I came out feeling relaxed. The restaurant staff we felt needs improvement; we’ve advised one of the staff that we have moved table and was waiting for our hot drinks but never came so my friend had to asked and brought our pots of coffee to our table herself! Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. "Was a nice room. But wow was it roasting hot. We could find anywhere of turning the heating down or off so had a very hot night, even with fans on. The toilet however had no heating so was the opposite and freezing. Nice to have our own little room but think it was too pricey, compared to the many other hotels we stay in for major race events. Breakfast was toast, yogurts or 3 choices of cereal, nothing for vegetarians and not really a continental as offered. "
