"The Checking staff and front were very helpful. The restaurant in the morning was so backed up they said 45- 1 hour wait. Ridiculous on Sunday AM. They said lobby had same menu. We went to lobby and found a dirty table and waited 20-25 min and no one came to take our order. I asked at the bar in lobby and they said there was a server but he/she could not be found. We left and ate somewhere else. Very disappointed."

The property is beautiful, and it is in a great location. Our king room was VERY small and unexpected after having stayed there before and having been in a more comfortably sized king room. "I am not crazy about not having any staff, at all. Seems big brother-ish, as does the sign on the board that “we are watching you.” I gave high marks on the cool building, although it was hard to regulate the water temp in 6. Your guests were all very nice, but I have to say there must be a middle ground here that you could find if you tried. Other hotels, hostels manage to do that. Why not Kinn?"

"We were in Milwaukee for the NCAA tournament and it was just a short walk to the stadium! Great location. Pabst Brewer tour was right across the street and there were several breweries within walking distance. There was also many choices for food within walking distance. Pull out bed was pretty comfortable and having our own kitchen was great! "
