"2 night stay in the hotel was excellent! Great hairdryer, mini fridge with complimentary water and shortbread, soft robes and slippers, ironing board, fan and extra heater. Leisure centre was lovely and only a short walk from the hotel, with a lovely pond and outdoor seating too. The whisky bar/gatehouse bar had a great selection of drinks and food was excellent (you can also order this to your room which came super fast) Anna at reception was extremely friendly and helpful Great location for nearby towns/cities and lots of walking spots "

"Lovely venue for family holiday. Gorgeous rooms. Lovely staff. Piccolo restaurant is wonderful. Brasserie food is nice,perhaps menu coud be a bit more varied? Clean. Beds were so comfortable. Quiet at night. Lovely residents lounge. Fun arcades in Glen's Den. Adventure park about 20min walk or hotel train ride away. Adventure passes a little pricey at £15 each for adventure park but if you have wee ones who will play away for hours you can enjoy cuppa on Basecamp. Activity passes £35 but if you only want to do one activity you can't just pay that, so £35 seems a little expensive unless you are going to be doing lots of activities, then it is a great deal. "Excellent. I thought this was too good to be true with the price I paid but I was very wrong. We originally had 2 nights booked but extended to 4 nights which says it all. We travelled with a 1 and 3 year old and they absolutely loved their time here, my 3 year old didn’t want to come home again. The reception staff are lovely and the cottages are well supplied with all you need - washing detergent, dishwasher tablets etc. and also eco friendly. The area is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed walls every day and watching the sunset by the loch and there are various facilities to keep little ones occupied - we enjoyed our morning pool time. We will definitely be back and hope to be as lucky with the weather next time too. "
