"Hotel location is within 10 minutes walking distance from train station, transportation bus stops are also located literally outside the hotel, excellent customer service, rooms are a bit too small but it was ok since we literally only used it to sleep & shower. "The hotel is in a great location to walk into the centre of the old town. The room was nice; bathroom a tight squeeze but that's to be expected inside the old town. Breakfast was a bit meh."

"The only thing we didn't like is having only one set of keys, which, when one of us was out, made entry/egress a nuisance. We loved all of the staff, but especially Jude, who went above and beyond in attending our every need, and Chiara, who kept our cell phone safe when one of us left it in the lobby bathroom!"
