"Property was great. Clean, quiet and 20 mins from Gran Via. Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside. It should be up to patrons whether or not air conditioning is used regardless of weather outside because everyone doesn’t have the same needs. Although we asked to have the...

"The hotel is in a perfect location! We had a very nice room. The staff did not want to be there and really didn’t want to help (I get major tourist town). Breakfast was lackluster; as if the eggs were thrown on the plate and let’s add can shoe string potatoes. Go for room only then great!"

"A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. I was happy with my choice. Very good local restaurant just along the road. "

"Right next to Tres Cantos train station which made it getting to Madrid city centre efficient. Average time to get to the city centre is around 30-45 mins which is the only downside but for the price it was worth it. Right next to a big grocery market, made getting snacks and drinks or meals super easy. Very friendly front desk staff "
