"Our overall experience was good, although there were some things that needed improvement, such as making us wait an hour and a quarter to get our room, which is to say at 4:15 p.m. and data protection was not respected, as I received marketing from other services on my personal cell phone. "Cheapest most uncomfortable pillows. No bath mat. Dangerous shower configuration. WAs occasionally noisy with limited noise suppression. Great breakfast but staff were not replacing buffet items. Scrambled eggs gone. Too warm room. Great location. Kind staff. "

"El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien localizado y en general agradable. Ahora vienen los peros, el patio no es utilizable y no hay vistas a las montañas. Las tele apenas se veía por cortes de la señal y No había Netflix (no es que me preocupe mucho pero no lo tenían). La nevera es de las pequeñas y el congelador ínfimo. Es cierto que admiten mascotas pero con un suplemento por limpieza de 10€ diarios. Estuvimos 3 días y no he visto ni rastro de la limpieza diaria."
