The staff was very friendly and changed our room after we realized that their standard king isn’t actually a king by USA standards. So since I went with my sister they moved us to a very large room with two Twin comfortable beds. "Enjoyed our stay and location of Hotel. Staff really lovely.Upgraded to Executive room, but didnt feel it was wirth the extra £60. Lovely toiletries, but not enough for 2 adults for 2 days. "Rooms adequate, very clean. Tea and coffee provided. Plenty of hot water. Slept very well despite harder mattress than used to.breakfast was very good, good choices but had to wait for certain cooked elements. Evening meal was tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
