"Busy airport area, so not much around. Beds were great, room was warm. Room fittings and bathroom a little tired. The restaurant food offering was limited and breakfast was very average. Parking expensive but nice and easy to access on site in front of hotel, which was appreciated due to cold and rain on the night of our stay. The property is below par from what I’ve from the Novatel line and it’s due a face lift however - overall the stay was good. "

Also, Amellia( i think I spelled it right-- (LOL) at the excursion desk, She help me with directions and provide me with the METRO MAP. PROS 1. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL TIME!! 2 Close to Eiffel Tower 10mins walk and to METRO #6 3. They Have A BAR which was nice and Abt 3 restaurants 4. Shopping strip right around the corner, with Restaurants, Shops and can buy...

"The back walkway was filthy from bird poop and smelled terrible. Otherwise, everything was fine. Food and room were good, though the bed seemed to sink right down the middle"

"The property is centrally located and walking distance to many attractions. Staff is very friendly and ready help you. The only caveat, the rooms are quite small compared to American standards. The rooms are modern and uses state of art technology to control lighting, windows shades etc which I found it very cool. Eco friendly amenities is a way to go and I hope all hotels in the US adapt it"

"Great location and very reasonably price given the area. In house food options limited which is only a problem if you have a young child with you. Otherwise fantastic eateries in the area. Lead in room type is small but ideal for short stays. Would stay again based on location and price. "
