The services provided by the staff especially in the restaurant is Excellent , Ms Kym and other staffs are so well trained , Ms kym and her co teams performances are excellent beyond compared. "The property grounds are outstanding, great for a walk or a bike ride along the Lee River. The staff are wonderful the front desk always ready to help guests. Rooms are very clean. Some minor issues would be a dripping faucet from a bathroom sink and paint chips in lift corridor of hotel around the door frame. Restaurant food is incredible. I ordered my special favourite Angus Beef Rib with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots and gravy. This dish is a Kingsley classic that should stay the test of time. All in al I truly enjoyed my stay at the Kingsley. I look forward to next time."

"This is a stunning hotel with great amenities. I loved the gym and spa. The shower in my room was probably one of the best showers I've ever used. It was a easy to walk to the city; my only pain point was that there was an event downstairs on one of the nights, so it was extremely noisy. "
