I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. I was planning on spending time at the pool reading a book while the rest of the family got massages, but literally could not sit on the lounge chairs for more than...

"Post houseboat backwater cruise. Conveniently located in the centre of Alleppey. Stayed 1 night. Excellent polite, service from reception and all front of house staff.Very large clean well appointed room. The health and massage facility on level 3 was excellent...best 2hour facial and massage experience ever."
