"I had a bad experience between the desk staff and Expedia and I believe it's the latter that made it so difficult to work out. This needs to be mentioned because both made it near impossible fix what should have been a simple glitch in the booking website. The hotel needs some minor fixing up like tables and furniture where the finish is rubbing off at the edges and marks on the wall bumpers etc. New carpeting might be needed to be honest. "Very nice property. Staff / management should consider flexibility in the 4pm policy. We arrived just after 3 with the hotel almost vacant and was told it would be a $100 charge to check in at that time. Not a position that communicates customer service"

Only issue was there was an absolute rave going on on our floor and we couldnt sleep, Finally dozed off but they must have cranked the volume even higher waking us at 3 a.m. Front desk did come up and address the matter but the music was so loud that it is hard to believe that it wasnt heard throughout the hotel.
