"Really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance of the bar and the restaurant were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and cozy, warmed up well considering it was 0° outside! Spacious rooms, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing. Would most definitely recommend. Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "

"Property is very grand and well maintained. There is some work going on in the grounds at the moment but that doesn't detract from the way it looks or is presented. Rooms in the paddock annex are nice but wifi was lacking which wasn't ideal as we were there for work purposes. Only other downside, is that the food choices are either high end or the bar menu which itself is limited. There needs to be more a mid-range restaurant option in my opinion. I had one of the new ground floor rooms, but it had no desk (only a small round table which was no good for working on) and practically zero draw space.
