"We rented 3 rooms for our party of 6 for a Christmas Ski trip, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and friendliness of all the staff. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Extremely close to the slopes, a wonderful bar with great food just a small walk away. Very nice spa for really cheap. They also served amazing dinners for really cheap as well. "It was unique in that it has been around for 5 centuries. The staff was VERY attentive and helpful with the area. With that being said the rooms were old and needed updating, the bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. We were expecting the room to have A/C but it had been turned off so we had to sleep with the window open. The shower was VERY small. The breakfast that was offered was very limited in the choices and quantity of food items. On the last day we discovered that the room had ants."
