"The staff was outstanding! John at the check in was so thoughtful and made reservations for us at a great seafood restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the temperature in the room only went to 18° and it was too warm to sleep. However, we had lovely young lady at the front desk arrange for a fan that made the 2nd night sleep perfect! I also think the cable weight machine in the fitness centre needs some maintenance. We loved the location and the views!"

"Lovely hotel. It’s very nice that they have a complimentary shuttle into town and a symbiotic relationship with their sister property in town, Le Normandy. Be sure to check out live piano music there on the weekend. Beware that they don’t speak any English at this property, which I found surprising for a four star. "

"We took the biggest and the most expensive room in this hotel. The room had an amazing big kitchen, yet no normal shelves in the bathroom. Room was big, bed was a tiny queen size. No air conditioner Phone in the room has no connection to the reception/room service/housekeeping etc. For us, the cold welcome, unfriendly attitude - were a first time experience and hopefully the last one. "Really nice hotel on the centre of the town. Very good modern facilities while keeping the character of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded from a cosy to a standatd room and it was comfortable, well appointed and characterful. Didnt eat in the hotel as there is so many great options nearby and €26 is too much for a breakfast in any hotel for me. However there are plenty of great artisan boulangeries close by.
