"The personnel was attentive and responsive. I enjoyed interacting with the front desk person and others. We liked the spacious room and the amenities it had. That said, the bathroom was ill equipped--we had to ask for toilet paper as well as soap and shampoo (all of which was PROMPTLY provided).
