"The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. hotel adds shows a pool and workout facilities but both were closed which was disappointing. Breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. The hotel has few restaurants or much to do in the immediate vicinity but taxis were available to get to the downtown area."

"This was my first stay in Monopoli. I have no complaints. Palazzo Indelli is gorgeous, the food amazing, the service insuperable. Marilenia, (sorry if I’m writing your name incorrectly), was so sweet and amazing as well as the two gentlemen who also took care of us in concierge. All of them were so polite, professional and helpful. The two ladies at breakfast were so sweet! I am looking forward to visit Palazzo Indelli next summer with the rest of the family. "It was a good property but it was the wrong time of year to be there. It is a seaside resort and it would be better to be there when it was warmer. The resort was too far from Monopoli for us and cost 25 euros for a cab. "

"We had a great stay. It is comfortable and quiet place. The breakfast is very good. Staff at the reception and Restaurant are polite and friendly. I would definetely stay here again. It would have been nice to be able to eat at the Restaurant, however we are not late evening eaters, so we had to pass that because of the late Restaurant hours. "Staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi. Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use...

The Castellana Caves (Italian: Grotte di Castellana) are a remarkable karst cave system located in the municipality of Castellana Grotte, in the province of Bari, Apulia. They are one of the most famous show caves of Italy. The caves, discovered in 1938 by the speleologist Franco Anelli, are situated 1 kilometer (0.62 mi) south of Castellana.The entrance is represented by an enormous vertical tunnel 60 meters (200 ft) long. The main cave is named "La Grave" (as abyss), and others are named Black Cavern (Caverna Nera), White Cave (Grotta Bianca) and Precipice Cavern (Caverna del Precipizio).

"This was my first stay in Monopoli. I have no complaints. Palazzo Indelli is gorgeous, the food amazing, the service insuperable. If you need a taxi, please tell concierge to call Sergio, best driver! Speaks great English and is so polite and professional. Monopoli is a quaint little town with cobblestone streets, beautiful and sweet people. One train stop from Palignano a Mare. Another beautiful And small town.
