He told me he was there for business from Milano, he got annoyed, booked somewhere else and left. The lady finally showed up and blamed it on Expedia. The hotel is gorgeous, super comfortable and very clean.The location is perfect. Steps away from the piazza. I would book here again, next time I would call and make sure they’re at the desk before...
