"We had a 14 night stay. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Carmelo is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Tina the cleaning lady bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and that your room is clean, refreshed, well stocked with fresh towels, linens, etc. All staff are great . "The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."

AC kostar 10euro per dag och då bara igång vissa tider.Vid ankomst i juni safefy box låst,hygienartiklar i badrum saknades,tv funkade inte.Ac funkade inte så det blev rumsbyte efter 2 dagar till ett rum med sämre utsikt och stinkande badrum.
