"The staff were absolutely wonderful! The bathroom was not nice at all... dirty and in a state of disrepair (towel rack in tub/shower area is hanging out of the wall). The location is in an industrial area so there is little around but it is easy to get around from there by car or train"

"It’s an okay hotel but it needs maintenance. The surrounding area was not well maintained, the grass overgrown, the pool full of dark water and not functional but it’s the first photo you see in the listing. The bathroom had a water problem and all the water will run towards the room. You could see that this was an ongoing problem because the tile was stained. The staff was really nice."

"Property is well maintained, and has good size accommodation. Room had faulty A/C, and had to open windows to cool off room. Requests were made to front desk but were not considered serious which was disappointing."
