Waited a very long time for taxi that didn’t arrive. Tried bus which took too long so ate in neighborhood which was fine. Good air conditioning which was very welcome. Shower didn’t drain. "

"This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."
